Frequently Asked Questions About GMB/GBP Management Services
Our Google profile management services do include monthly monitoring of your online reviews. However, review responses are not included. We can help consult on when/how to respond to reviews and when to flag reviews for removal in Google as a professional courtesy, however Reputation Management Services would be a separate cost.
Absolutely. We will access your Google business listing through delegate access by being added to the profile as a manager but you will still control your listing and can revoke our access at any time. In rare cases in which we need to create the listing for your business, we can transfer ownership of the profile to you after it is created and verified.
This is a great question and one at the heart of this service. Basically, once we have your profile audited and fully optimized we will login weekly to first check to see if there are any updates Google is about to apply from other sources. We will approve or deny these updates, check for new reviews, perhaps confirm office hours and review customer uploaded photos, work with you to update business information such as hours of operation or upcoming holiday hours. If new features are released we will be sure to confer with you on how we can take part in and maximize those features. Twice a month we will create custom Google Posts for your business and check for and report competitors who are tryin to game the system. These are just a few of the tasks we will perform throughout the month but we have a detailed checklist to keep track of all optimizations and make sure we're not missing anything during our audit or maintenance. The goal of this service is for you, the business owner, to feel 100% secure that your GMB/GBP Profile is in great hands, has accurate information and is taking advantage of new features and releases to the product.
